Warranty Policy

We honor all warranties provided by our suppliers and manufacturers. In addition, Alliance of BTD offers the following warranty coverage for products we supply or build:

Standard Hardware:
Hardware supplied by us (excluding custom-built workstations) is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty covers hardware defects and failures under normal use.
  • If a defect occurs within the first 60 days, you may request an exchange through our Returns & RMA Policy.
  • Between day 61 and 90, defects may still be covered under warranty, subject to evaluation.

Custom Workstations:
Workstations built by Alliance of BTD are backed by a 3-year warranty, covering:

  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Component defects
  • On-site or remote diagnosis as needed

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Accidental or cosmetic damage
  • Consumable items (e.g., batteries, cables unless otherwise noted)
